Good place, elevator issues

great place to stay, however the elevator is a bit scary! makes very loud noises. isn’t the smoothest ride! made us nervous and my dog was scared shaking with her tail between her legs. scared her bad enough she refused to get on it, so we had to climb 4 flights of stairs.
