Poor accessibility
Ramada Hotel & Conference Center by Wyndham Las CrucesPro: This hotel provides tiled floor rooms for pet families. Cons: Pet relief area does not allow for re entry into the hotel (was told this was for insurance reasons) and you must walk around this large facility to re enter through the front entrance. The small grassy area is poorly lit at night and lacks security (a non resident was stationed at the building exit to the pet area during our evening and night walks). We were told that we would have a private patio outside of the room and there wasn’t one,, only a plate glass window. The most aggravating portion of our stay was to be told that $20 of the $40 per pet fee was set aside for deep cleaning of the room. After five minutes of walking on the tiled floor the bottoms of my white socks were black so cleaning is subpar.
