Great place to with a dog
Hampton Inn HazletonWe stayed 3 nights with our dog. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Nice patio with a view of the valley. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern. Breakfast was good. There was a grassy area with bags and a trash can provided for pet relief. I would definitely stay here again.
No place to walk dogs
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Univ Area Chapel HillThe room was clean and spacious. Their dog policy is friendly. Unfortunately, the night we stayed it sounded like the cast of stomp practicing above us. It was like someone running back and forth ALL NIGHT long. The real deal killer for me is there is nowhere to walk the dog from the hotel. I would not stay here with dogs again.
Friendly staff, clean hotel
TownePlace Suites by Marriott FrederickWe enjoyed our stay here. We were originally assigned a second floor room. They were able to accommodate my request for a first floor room, which just makes easier to get the dog and crate in and out. The room was clean. It did have a slight chemical odor when we first got there, but I chalked that up the room being cleaned/disinfected. It dissipated after a while and I did not continue to notice it. It is located in a shopping/office park area, but there are sidewalks to walk the dog. We did not spend much time in the hotel other than to sleep and shower, but it seemed quiet and well kept. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would return.
Great place to stay with dogs
Hampton Inn DoverPros
Staff was friendly.
Rooms were clean and modern.
We were near an exterior door, which was convenient for potty breaks and bringing a crate inside.
Hotel was quiet.
Cons
No breakfast - I believe due to staffing issues
A lot of cigarette butts and dog poop around the property, but I blame inconsiderate guests for that and don't hold it against the hotel
We stayed here with our two large dogs. I would happily choose this hotel again and recommend it to anyone traveling with their pets.
