Down to earth
Sideways InnWe had a relaxing stay at Sideways. Our pup was comfortable in the room. I prefer a separate sink from the toilet/shower; this was combined. I don’t know if other rooms are separate. I could’ve used a magnifying mirror, but those are small issues and we will definitely stay here again, midweek, when the rates are about half.

Run down and overpriced
Sands Inn & SuitesI could feel the bed springs and had a miserable night. The bathroom heater doesn’t work. Magnifying mirror is 6 ft up the wall. There was gunk on the light switch. I’ve stayed in worse places but not for $200 a night. $145 with taxes brought us to $200 and we just wished we had gone with Motel 6 at $65. I hate to leave a bad review when the travel industry has suffered, but we shouldn’t have to sacrifice quality to bring our pups with us.
