Perfect location and very sweet owner
Coast Inn and Spa Fort BraggWe arrived Thanksgiving evening, and the owner asked if we had eaten dinner. We hadn’t, so she offered us some soup that she had made. Recall that this is a motel, not a B and B...as we were unloading and our dog was exploring, she carried over 2 bowls of soup on a tray to our room. I was so touched by this, plus it was the best soup I’ve ever had! She pointed out the 4 acres behind the motel where our dog could run, and that came in very handy (he’s a big lab). This is a very basic motel but great location (you can walk to the botanical gardens which are dog-friendly). Very quiet. There is a variety of wellness services like massage, etc. on the premises. If you’re looking for a place that welcomes your dog (and you!) with a peaceful, gentle vibe, this is the place for you. Great base from which to explore!
