Would not stay again

The rooms were clean is the only reason I gave them 2 bones. Customer service was terrible and unorganized. The manager told me he was not going to charge me any dog fee yet he did so anyway after I had left.

Nasty

Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pearl River/Slidell

This place was very dirty. Soiled couch to the point of fear in touching or sitting on it. Dirty, sticky floors. My dog IS pretty spoiled but even he didn't appreciate the sticky floor. Coffee maker may have NEVER been cleaned. At a time of heightened cleaning measures due to Covid, this place is a do not repeat for us.
