Disappointing

yes this hotel and the kimpton chain are very pet friendly but the hotel was a big disappointment because it was far from clean and during covid that just sets off so many alarms for me. our hallway smelled like our vets office, which I could let slide considering the pet friendliness. but the room itself was very dirty and shabby. stained sheets, human and pet hair, stuffy/mildew smell, dirty walls, bathroom floor dirty, huge stains in the carpet. kicking myself because I sprung for the more “expensive” spot and felt like I should’ve paid half the price for the lack of cleanliness. we just came from a Marriott residence in VA that was immaculate and a wonderful stay. I was expecting WAY more from Kimpton.
