Rude staff

Horrible experience both times I have been there. One time for groom services for my dog, and one time to try and use their self bathe services. Both times the information I received over the phone did not match what I was told when I went into the shop. And both times the employees were rude to myself and/or my dog. The experiences were about a year apart. I try and give businesses a second chance in case my first interaction was just a fluke, but obviously this was not. I will not be back again.
