Disappointing see remarks

No attention was given to my pet except for a 20 dollar pet fee which we felt was excessive since most other hotels usually only have a 10 dollar fee for pets . I will not use your facility for future stays for this purpose. As well we felt the room condition was substandard for the price charged .
