Nice staff, helpful for dog owners
Motel 6 Louisville KY - Airport - Fair ExpoDecent place! The front desk staff were great, and they offered & moved us to a larger down stairs room for our dog.
Bad mask polices, fine otherwise
Holiday Inn Little Rock-Airport-Conference Center an IHG HotelGood hotel, but needs to be better about mask requirements. And most guests have them off and those that do usually have the. on incorrectly, with nose and mouths uncovered. Despite signs on the door saying no entry without a mask, staff don't says anything about this to people in the lobby or inside and some staff also keep masks off wrong or take them off if people are not right next to them. I hope they improve their covid safety policies, but unfortunately it seems this is on par with most of my experiences with businesses in the south thus far. Would recomend not staying here during the pandemic, but not sure if other places in this town would be any better. Otherwise a fine hotel.
Good in non covid times
La Quinta by Wyndham Abilene MallGood place, did well during chaotic times (post winter storm water & electric issues)
Only reason I didn't put a 5 star is that they were lax on mask wearing with both staff and guests indoors (especially cleaning staff, which was concerning during covid). Probably great during regular times, but not as cleaning safe as I would have liked during a pandemic.
Great Hotel
Motel 6 Las Cruces NM - TelshorNice rooms, best motel I've been to. Liz at the front desk was so helpful and quickly switched us to another room when our first one's fan didn't work.
Not great
Motel 6 Kingman AZ - Route 66 EastDoor didn't fully lock properly, stained(not fully cleaned) blanket made on bed, very thin walls to noises. The shower upstairs made a jackhamer sound in our bathroom when it was in use, which woke us up at 5am. Front desk staff did not wear a mask at all.
