Had to change hotels

We were very disappointed. Room smelled like someone was smoking an illegal substance, dirty, and the toilet did not flush. Moved to another room, but after seedy characters were hanging outside our room we felt uncomfortable and changed hotels.

Excellent stay

Homewood Suites by Hilton Hagerstown

After a terrible experience at another hotel, we needed to find another place to stay with our 70 pound golden doodle. With the help of our BringFido representative, Homewood Suites waived their weight limit and let us stay. The room was beautiful and clean. The pet relief area was clean as well. Thank you Homewood Suites and BringFido.
