Not really dog friendly

Dogs not allowed on their outdoor patio but I was told that people with dogs can sit at the tables out front. However, when I arrived (without my dog, thankfully) these picnic tables were being used by those waiting for tables. Also, it didn't seem that table service was provided out front but I didn't ask to verify.
