Minimal Service

We checked in with our 30 kg dog with lots of luggage and big kennel. I asked for a ground level room when I did the reservation and got 9th floor 😅. Nobody asked to help us. No bowls or bed for dog in the room. Nothing in the minibar. For this price very minimal service. Hard to go for walks too. Very expensive for what you get.
