Poor customer service
Residence Inn Alexandria Old Town South at CarlyleBooked a room here, my fault I did not see there was a $150 pet fee!!! I called not even 30 seconds after making the reservation and management REFUSED to cancel my reservation. I’m sorry, but that’s SERIOUSLY BS.

Sleep Inn Stauntonwe arrived late but the desk was very accommodating. plenty of grass for the dog.
