Great staff but motel has seen better days

The staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful. The motel itself was worn with age and needs updating. While I suspect it is out of the hands of the manager, the owners should really reinvest. There are many choices in the area and since I won’t bring my pooch next time, I will likely choose a place in better condition. As far as pet-friendly and staff—there it’s 5 bones but overall only three.
