Clean, comfortable room

The room was nice and roomy with a comfortable bed and a big walk-in shower. The only downside was the outdoor dog area! It was very small, with a cinder base that was not neat and tidy. There was a small fenced area with unkempt appearance that was a disappointment for a dog friendly hotel.

Easy check in and nice pet area

Hampton Inn Suites Phoenix Surprise

Pat welcomed us nicely and checked us in quickly. She was very nice. My only suggestion: guests with pets should be told where the pet area is located during checkin. Thanks.
