Long time customer will never go back

New staff. Acted like it was our first time and refused service because of a medical condition that has been on his file since we started going there. Acted Cavalier, no logic just an idiot. It was just a little inconvenience in her mind. We have been going about every 8 weeks for years. Nothing changed. In addition, I was always bringing in his shot record because they have a history of not updating his record, so I just bring it to make things easier. They acted as if his condition was new and we had never been there before. Will never go again.
