Professional and clean

It was chaotic being New Year's Eve, but the staff handled it like pros. The room was clean and spacious. Their breakfast was good. I would have give five bones had they had a bigger outdoor space for the dogs. They have a small corner of grass with a poop station, but nothing else.

Great location! Great room!

The location can't be beat: right off the interstate and close to a Starbucks. The staff is friendly and fast. The check-in was seamless. The room was absolutely amazing. After being on the road for 12 hours, we were taken back by how nice, clean, and roomy the space was. The dogs loved it because they could actually run around and play inside. There is a small amount of grass for the dogs to do their business; it's nothing to write home about, but it's enough for them to get the job done. All in all, this was an excellent experience.

Clean and efficient

The rooms are always clean. The check in service is quick. They have a few good patches of grass to walk the dogs in and also supply poop bags. The parking lot is relaxed so dogs can go for a nice stroll on the hotel property. It's a decent hotel for both human and canine.

Good for a night of rest

The place was great for dogs and okay for humans.

Dogs: there is plenty of room outside for dogs to explore, walk, and do their business. They have a little courtyard with a small walking track perfect for doing their morning business.

Humans: The room was okay. The bed was comfortable. The bathrooms were alright with their cleanliness. Not the best place we've stayed at for sure, but not the worst.
