Horrible location

I've stayed at this hotel twice. Both times it was dirty and noisy. Not just from the freeway. But from the people milling about and yelling all night. I complained to the front desk this last time. Instead of dealing with the problem, they banged on my door at 1 AM and asked where the problem was. Grrrrr. I was also promised a room on the GROUND floor. But was put on the THIRD floor. After driving for 12 hours that was not ok. Sleep with your pet in a rest stop before you try this disaster of a hotel.
