Never again

Not a great experience. Supposed to be a non smoking room and reeked of smoke. The appearance of the room was awful, furniture was scuffed badly and the walls were OBVIOUSLY touched up in areas. The pet rules form you had to sign stated if there was dog hair on the bed that could lead to an extra charge 😳 Where is your dog to sleep, the hard floor? It served its purpose but would likely never stay there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Nice hotel

Comfort Inn Nashville West

Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Pleasant stay.
