Scary and Filthy

This is no place for children or pets. Run for your life. It's dangerous.

The pool was dilapidated and dirty. The pool gate wasn't working correctly.

There were scary people in the parking lot all night long, smoking pot and yelling. The walls are paper thin and we could hear banging from all angles all night. I spoke to one guest, who bummed a cigarette off of me, who told me the place is used by people on welfare as a temporary flop house.

There is no place to walk your dog unless you take the dog off the property.

There's a security guard who treats you like an inmate when you drive in after certain hours. Rude and insulting. Demanding my license and room number. I didn't sign up for this.
