AVOID!!!
The Nest Hotel Palo AltoI booked 2 nights because I had to attend my nephew's funeral early. I did not check in till early the second day (as intended, check-in isn't till the afternoon, I needed early check-in). They cancelled my reservation without telling me, so when I arrived at 11am I had to RE-PAY a night, and STILL haven't received any kind of refund for the same night that was cancelled. The manager has ignored BringFido's attempts to get my money back. So I ended up paying 3 nights for 1 night, in an extremely devastating event. If I can give 0 bones I would. I have waited 6 weeks for them to make this right to leave this review.
