Friendly staff
Hyatt Place Fredericksburg at Mary WashingtonRoom was nice and clean. A bit of a hike to a patch of grass. Not much space to walk your dog. There is some outdoor breakfast seating which is very nice.

Great spot for dogs to walk around the little lake. Clean room. Nice people.
