Horrible service!

I called ahead and was assured dogs are ok on the patio. When I got there I stood with the door open to the empty lobby to ask for an outdoor seat with my dog at my side. The host was on the phone but acknowledged my presence by eye contact. As I waited, a girl who wirked there walked in the door that I held open for her. As she walked in I told her I needed an outside table. I was seen by at least 8 people and not helped or acknowledged for at least 5 minutes. Right as I was about to walk away, the host got off the phone and asked me how they can help me. I said I was about to walk away, but I was looking to be seated outside with my dog. A girl approached and said I would have to tie my dog up to the outside of the fence and then come get a table. Nobody said anything about that on the phone. I was disgusted, annoyed and disappointed. I will never go back, dog or no dog.
