Meets expectations
Days Inn by Wyndham JoplinNothing fancy here. Parking is a bit of a pain. Rooms are mediocre but what you'd expect. Clean enough that there's no bed bug concerns but at the level of some hair in the tub type of stuff. You get adequate value for the price and there's a grass patch for the dogs. I will almost certainly use this location as my normal stop when crossing the country.

Acceptable
Comfort Inn Kearney - LibertyUpdate: stayed again. Rooms on the 3rd floor seem drastically nicer than the first. I don't think BringFido has been calling ahead as this is the second time in a row the hotel had no idea I was bringing a pet but they were nice at the front desk. No issues at all, about what you'd expect from a Comfort Inn. The rooms were pretty clean. The bathroom had the standard 2 star look. Mold on ceiling, trim peeling off, toilet connections rusting from the wall, etc. But it was pretty quiet, very conveniently located. I'm not sure they knew I had a pet but they did give me a super convenient room (101 if you go). I never found a pet relief area but there's some grass around. I will stay again but it's on the edge of acceptable. Should be closer to 55 dollars not 75 for what you get. It does have a mini fridge and microwave though. Hot tub and pool close at 10pm.

Rough location, 1-2 bone hotel
Days Inn by Wyndham CarthageStaff was nice. The hotel does have lower level inside and outside access rooms, which is why we stayed. For some reason they said that when BF called about our reservation, they made it 2nd floor on request. This complicated matters and so they switched us to a first floor room but it was the only room on the first floor with indoor access only. Which defeated the purpose of why I went there. Room wasn't bad. It was on the edge between 1 bone and 2 bone. Nothing obviously dirty or infested. There was some hair in the mini fridge. The area this sits in was the biggest issue. Within 3 minutes of parking we had someone "mark" us on arrival which meant the rest of the night I had to check my vehicle through the window. Overall I won't be returning but the place itself isn't the worst you can get.
