Great customer service
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sandy - South Salt Lake City an IHG HotelHotel was run down, needs to be freshened up. Room had a faint smell of animal urine. Rooms didn’t meet expectations for a Holiday Inn Express. Customer service was exceptional! All were friendly, helpful and very professional.
