Terrible experience

Booking.com apparently took over this reservation, adding a special layer of sleight of hand. This property is a dump, room was dirty with torn carpet, chipped and scratched paint, cracked tile and, well, grunge. We had asked for a quiet lower room because our dog is old and blind. Nope. Expected at least enough towels to both shower. Nope. Had 12 people staying right next door in party mode. Front desk staff were uninterested. WiFi limited to two registered devices max. Who does that anymore??!! It seemed tired, sad and just waiting for the wrecking ball. Don't stay there. Posted price is just a suggestion. Read ALL the fine print. Ugh.
