Misleading description
Quality Inn Kingston SpringsI called this place on October 30, 2021 to make a reservation for November 26, 2021. I have two 175# Great Danes. I wanted to make sure that "big dogs" included giant dogs. The man that answered the phone assured me that they would take the dogs so I completed the reservation. We arrived at the Quality Inn about 9pm after driving 11 hours. Upon checking in, the desk attendant told us that they DO NOT take dogs that big. Their size limit is 35#, which is not big at all. I explained that I had called and he basically cared less and was extremely rude. So we are left at 9pm trying to find a place to stay. I DO NOT recommend this place, dogs or no dogs. I found the rudeness offensive. BringFido needs to change their advertisement for this establishment (or delete it altogether). I wouldn't even give it 1 bone but there is nothing smaller.

No problems with staff
Super 8 by Wyndham Richfield AreaCheck in was easy. The room was previously no smoking. The nice things about the room - hooks in the bathroom, toilet worked, hot water was hot, amenities worked. Not so nice: The carpet was sketchy as to cleanliness and the room was extremely dated. Best thing of all: we could bring our 2@175# babies!!!
