Clean and modern
Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham ClarionHad a great stay in Clarion at this hotel. Staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. Easy in and out with rooms on first floor and side doors available at each end of hallway. No designated “pet area” but outdoor space was adequate to walk our dog around and waste bags and garbage receptacles were provided.

Good location
Towneplace Suites by Marriott StreetsboroA little outdated but very welcoming for our pet. Good breakfast choices included. Dedicated pet area. Overall good value.

Great food and super pet friendly!
The Black Iron Grillecould not have asked for a better experience! plenty of outdoor space, complimentary water and doggy meals ( we brought our dog food so didn’t get to see the dog meal). We had the chicken tacos, filet mignon tacos and the BIG burger and they were all delicious. Highly recommend.

Beautiful park!
Hudson Springs Parkour dog loved the park. easy 2 mile walk around the lake with well maintained paths and landscaping. Watch out for the ducks and their droppings though. There is a nice field where your dog can be off leash with only woods as a boundary ( no fence). And the lake is in site so be careful with water-loving dogs. also if you are traveling from out of state there may be a $10 daily fee. we went around 5 pm and there wasn’t anyone in the pay booth. The park has picnic tables, playgrounds , a disc golf course and kayaking on the lake.
