Major disappointment

Overpriced for lack of amenities, parking not included, whopping $40 for parking per night. At edge of historic district requiring one to walk 10-15 blocks to find a restaurant. In-house breakfast not included, no coffee in rooms, in-house restaurant pricey as well ($16 for 2 egg brkfst). Has charming gardens but just not worth price. But hey, they are dog friendly.
