Never Again

We had to find a hotel to stop at around 10:30 at night, and the Rodeway was pet-friendly, and the pictures on their website looked okay, so we went for it. here was a gentleman outside who appeared to be the owner and he tried to greet us as we came in, but for 2 women, it was just kind of creepy. I'm sure he meant well, but we didn't know who he was at that point. The room was very basic, and the beds were actually comfortable, but there were a pair of mismatched chairs in the room that actually made me gag. They were so spotted and dirty, I can't imagine why they were there. The room could have used a lot of paint, cleaning, etc (hole in door of bathroom, etc.). It will probably keep me away from in any Rodeway Inns in the near future! Also, website said they had Continental Breakfast, but of course, "because of COVID", they did not. Well then, change your offering on the website. It's not like COVID just happened, and it's false advertising. They also did not have a refrigerator in the room, as the website stated. Never again!
