Burlington Dog Park

I recommend that you visit the town of Burlington’s website for current Covid guidelines before your visit.

This is a great facility with tons of space for dogs to run off-leash in a high-fenced-in area. The entrance to the dog park is thru a double-gated area.

There is even a separate area for small dogs.
Both areas have a water fountain (turned off during the winter.)

Waste bags are usually available. although you have to leave the fenced-in area to dispose of them. Pet owners are expected to clean up after their pets.

There is a short walk from the parking area to the dog park itself. It may not be immediately apparent how to get from the parking area to the dog park.

The large area has a hard-packed clay path along the perimeter for dogs to run, most of the park is a small pebble/pea stone and an astroturf area in the corner for play.

There are several benches for pet owners to use.

- NOTE -
While I have never heard of anyone having a problem, the are hawks in the area that could easily carry away or injure a small dog. Please watch your smaller pets closely.
