Could’ve been better

Kitchen light didn’t turn on all the way, but it wasn’t something that needed to be addressed; especially in this day and age of Covid. Upstairs neighbors were really loud. So loud, it sounded like elephants running. Front desk did a terrible job of handling situation, because at times, it grew louder, and they had to call several times to figure out what room it was coming from. Fire alarm going off after midnight was shrill, and scared me and my cat. We were both shaking. Heard it was someone cooking, who caused it to go off. Some things are common knowledge, but maybe to avoid such an event in the future, place instructions in the kitchen. Night manager on duty, when we checked in, came off as a bit rude. First impressions were lackluster, as she had an attitude of not wanting to be there.
