Central coast trip
Oxford Suites Pismo BeachWe stayed here for three days and loved it. Pros: GREAT for dogs. Lots of grass, fenced dog area, rooms are BIG, wonderful hot cooked breakfast, close to everything. Cons: not in the center of The action, not walkable to beach and furniture could probably stand to be updated, but with dogs and/or kids who cares? We will return definitely.
Great beach trip
La Quinta by Wyndham Paso RoblesHad a really good time here. Room was big and clean. Bed was comfy. We were on the first floor and there were places outside for dogs to go potty. We spent time at cayucus beach and Cambria. Can’t wait to go back.
Big Rooms
Cayucos Beach InnThis is a nice hotel with large clean rooms. They have a nice little area in back for dogs to potty. It also has a doggy tub and hose. This is in a great location near restaurant and grocery store. We will return. My reason for only 4 stars instead of 5 is because We had an upstairs room and had to carry my small dogs up and down stairs. Next time I will ask for a downstairs room.
Love this place!
Farmhouse MotelMy husband and I come over from Fresno frequently to beat the heat and take our two small dogs to the beach in Cayucos. We always stay here. The beach is a 30 minute drive from the hotel. Nothing fancy but always clean. The staff is very nice. They charge 10.00 extra per stay for the dogs (not per dog). We really like that we can walk out our front door and walk a few steps to a little garden path (with tables and chairs) and a grassy area for the dogs to “go”. I hate some hotels that think my dogs can do their business in a parking lot. We will keep coming back here.
