Soft beds

Of all the pet hotels I stayed in on vacation, they were the best. Comfortable, don’t let the outside fool you. This place is a gem.

Can I leave less than a star?

Overpriced hotel with photo shopped pictures. Half of the amenities we’re not available staff cited Covid and said if they were available we will get charge what they charge across the street. Advertise breakfast between the hours of seven and nine yet you have to call a staff member to the desk to even get service to check out during these hours. Front desk staff was rude.

Beds were bad. No channels on the TV. Only plus was or dog was allowed.
