Very Dirty and the A/C didn't work

The staff was especially friendly and accommodating when we asked to be moved to a room with bigger beds. However, the room was very dirty and the pull out couch was covered in dirt which means the room is not cleaned properly. The walls in the bathroom were also pretty gross. I know they are dog friendly, but some standard of cleaning should be withheld.
