Don't stop here!

The guy at the front desk was arrogant, rude, and acted like a toddler when I tried to talk to him calmly. They do have a pet relief area. However, in the middle of this area - this guys personal cats live under a shed. So, when I tried to walk my dogs outside, they would bark at his cats - never touched the cats - and this guy was yelling at me that my leashed dogs scared his cats!! Other guests heard him yelling at me, and talked to me about it as this guy stormed off. I asked him to talk to me calmly about what I was supposed to do because dogs just normally bark at cats - but he wouldn't let me talk and ended up just storming away like a two year old. In addition, I heard another female guest telling him that he didn't need to be so rude!! This hotel is being managed (?) by an infantile, rude, toddler. Don't stay here - - there are other nice places in Shelbyville (and pet friendly) that are much better, cleaner, and newer to enjoy a stay.
