No place to sit!

The restaurant dining room is closed to the public and the outside area has three tables with all the chairs locked together that you can’t actually sit in. When I asked the manager to unlock the tables she said, “we don’t have keys and the tables and chairs get taken everywhere.” This is in an area with at least 10 hotels and one of the only places in walking distance for breakfast and coffee, it’s mind blowing that they can’t find a better solution than not having ANYWHERE inside or outside for people to sit. My family (and our pup) had to walk back to the hotel with all of our coffee and bagels to sit and have breakfast.
