Won't stay there again

Upon check in, our room door was open, the maid had failed to make sure the door was closed. We also immediately noticed 3 stains on the carpet. I took photos and advised the front desk, as I didn't want to be charged for something my dog didn't do. The towel bar came off in my husband's hand, our key cards didn't work, the coffee was horrible, etc. Choose another location.
