HORRIBLE SERVICE AND RUDE STAFF!!! They will make you wait for more than 4 hours!!!!!

Took my dog who couldn’t breathe due to extremely dry cough and I was so scared he was choking. They let me wait for 4 hours in the holding room without anyone checking in. Keeps saying that the doctor will be here shortly.

Here’s the timeline:

Arrived at 8:00AM
Xray done at 11:AM
Doctor came in at 11:15 AM to say that she will prescribe medicine and antibiotics
11:50 staff came in with the prescription and medicine.

The service is so slow and doesn’t give a single for your pets.

While i was in the holding room, i hear all the staff laughing, chatting and just taking their time. Talking about the owners of the dogs.

They only care how much money they will make and no care at all for your pets.

I WILL NEVER TAKE MY DOG HERE AGAIN!
