Customer service was terrible, my room that I had reserved became unavailable before I got there so they had to downgrade me to a different room, which I had to wait 20 mins to find out. Room was decent enough but I wouldn’t make a reservation through this app. That’s what she said was the problem with my reservation. Whether that’s true or not, I don’t know. Just a warning.
