Great for dogs, people not so much

Very pleasant staff (1). Rooms large and except for carpet, clean. But the place is virtually shut down. No furniture in lobby, closed restaurant and lounge, no access to printer or other typical support. One baggage cart, no one to help. Antiquated one elevator. lace needs to be put out of its misery. Not at all at the quality of my other experiences.
