Great for pets
Best Western Plus Siding 29 LodgeWe had a first floor room with access to a grassy area. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall we had a fabulous stay. Would definitely stay again.
Wonderful Hotel
Canalta BrooksThey put us on the ground floor with outside access which made it super easy to load in/out and very convenient too take the dog out. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms were huge. Lovely stay. Would definitely go back.
Don't bother
Super 8 by Wyndham Winnipeg WestIt was incredibly noisy. The room was in a state of disrepair. There were holes in the bathtub and when I brought it to the attention of the front desk, their response was "it happens sometimes". There was no grassy area on the hotel grounds for my dog to do her business. We had to walk over to a nearby grasshopper infested park. The only positive I can think of was that the bed was comfortable. I would not go back.
Adequate
Travelodge Suites by Wyndham Regina / Eastgate BayThis hotel is a little tricky to find and it could use some additional parking spaces. I was disappointed that we couldn't get a ground floor room. I booked the hotel 6 weeks in advance so I find it hard to believe in that they couldn't have found a room for us and our dog on the first floor with that much notice. Other than that there are plenty of green spaces around to walk your dog. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
Good Experience
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Thunder Bay an IHG HotelWe got a room in the ground floor near the exit which was perfect for taking our pooch out for pee breaks. The room was also lovely and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
