The staff/operators were pleasant. The coffee was good. Nice big dog walking area (on lead). It took a while to find a poop disposal can; no bags provided. Room was clean, large, and pleasant but funky smelling and the carpet had a sticky feel. I blotted up some spilled dog water on the carpet and the towel came away dirty. If you have some tolerance for this, it was not a bad place for one night with two big dogs.
