Terrible

We got there at about 4 and desk clerk said he had no more rooms for pets. Even though I had confirmation which included a pet. And on confirmation it said don’t worry your room will not be given away it will be there for you. He said Fido messed up by not having it on confirmation he received. We had to travel another 2 hours to Best Western which could accommodate us. The clerk was argumentative and said it was your fault and nothing he could do. Terrible!!!
