Adequate for our needs

We were on our way to pick up a new puppy, so the location was perfect and the ease of check in with our older dog was great. The room was clean. Beyond that, the bed and chairs were not just firm, but super firm and extremely uncomfortable. All the floors are hard which is great for being pet friendly, but leads to a lot of noise from the upstairs neighbors. For several hours into the night the neighbors were banging around and slamming their doors and it was so loud that my poor older dog was super stressed and couldn’t relax. They offered us a WiFi password when asked, but we were never able to manage to get logged on. The cable channels were sparse to say the least. The shower was difficult to figure out (managed to get it after opting for a bath instead) and the tub was so shallow, that when getting up it ended up flooding the bathroom floor. Then, when attempting to dry that up, I hit my hand on the door knob and cut it on a sharp metal piece that was sticking out. So for the purpose of our stay, it met our needs. But I wouldn’t call it a good destination in and of itself.
