Clean room

The room was clean but the location wasn’t the best. staff was great.

Rude

We were treated terrible by the front desk lady. She couldn’t find our reservation and treated my husband like he was dumb. I had reserved a room through BringFido. It was a suite. I stated that I had a dog before I reserved the room. When she finally found the reservation she was rude telling my husband dogs couldn’t be in that room. He explained we had reserved it through BringFido and that we told them we had a dog, more rude comments finally she told him we could get another room he said ok.

She finally got it straightened out and the price was $15 more for a room that wasn’t a suite. So my husband asked why and she got even more rude. She basically told him he could leave and if our dog even dared to bark or bother anyone we would have to leave immediately. Everything could have been said nicely but she chose to be rude. The room was clean and I would have given it more bones but when you are on a dog friendly app and then your mad because someone brings a dog it’s a problem to me🤷🏻‍♀️

Dogs and humans loved it

This place is awesome for dogs and humans alike. Dogs were comfy, people were comfy.
