IT’s NOT dog-frendly restaurant

We have a little dog, 2 lb mini-chihuahua, and we travel with it. Yesterday we walked around Kingston and wanted to eat, I found this restaurant, because it was in the app. but no!!! we were not even allowed to sit on the terrace !! offered a table, standing alone, on the street. A tall, wobbly table.
