Great Hotel
La Quinta by Wyndham WinchesterWe've stayed here three times now because it's close to where our son lives. Great rooms, staff and a free breakfast. The back patio area could be utilized better. There's only 2 chairs and a very small table.

Under construction but still great
Candlewood Suites Wilson an IHG HotelThis location has a whole side that's under construction. My husband couldn't take our dogs out back due to the construction materials but there's plenty of lawn on the front of the building. Our room had a smell - maybe fresh paint, but it disappeared quickly. We thought it was cleaned well until my hubby found somebody's finger or toe nail on the floor. Otherwise it was a great place to spend the night while traveling.

Great Patio
Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux - Wesley ChapelWe went and sat at a 4-person table. There were big picnic tables there. The waitresses were happy to see our 2 Chihuahuas. They brought them a bowl of water.
I was very happy that the floor was kept clean. We've been at other restaurants where our girls are trying to eat dropped food, straws, etc.
There was a guy singing and playing guitar when we were there.

Great place for burgers!
50/50 TaphouseWe have been here twice now while visiting our son & his family in Winchester. They have a big patio area, partially with a roof and some tables with umbrellas. The 50 different burgers all sound great and it's hard to choose which one to have.
If you're a beer lover, there's 50 beers on tap.

Ok for the price
Red Roof Inn Wilkes Barre ArenaTo start, we had to find the office & which door to enter. We had to stand in a freezing small room & talk to a woman behind a glass, sliding papers and cards under it. As if we were in a bank. The woman was friendly but more interested in talking to another women there than us. The rooms are on the smaller side but not too bad. When the bathroom door is open, the place to hang clothes is behind it. The fan turns on with the bathroom light and was extremally loud and obnoxious. The place could have been a little cleaner. We were traveling from FL to NY and needed a good nights sleep. We didn't want to pay much so we decided to check this place out. You get what you pay for. If you aren't too fussy, you won't have any issues with the rooms.
