“Ok” spot to eat

We sought this place out based on being able to take our dogs on the patio to eat. Nothing special, just outdoor seating. We brought our own dog bowl, but was not offered any water for them.
There was no clear signage for how things work here. Not to mention, they were out of all the food items we went for.
It wasn’t horrible, but won’t be making a point to return either.
